What have we studied in ASPAC Projects?

Mr. Kiyofumi Kusaka

Abstract:
In ASPAC area, there are many types of country from historic view, culture, view and social infrastructure view points. In order to make success in the multi country related project, we have to take each country’s difference into account for the project’s daily activity.

We have experienced some projects in ASPAC area mainly in Thailand and Singapore.
At the projects, we got some Projects Lessees Learned (LL). Therefore I would like to explain the nice and fantastic LL points to recommend for almost every project and some LL points NOT to adopt for your projects especially in ASPAC area.

Biography:

Mr Kusaka has more than 25 years of experience in business management and IT, having held executive position at the International Business Coordination division in NEC Corporation from 1980 to 2000; he oversaw the system development and systems integration.
An IT veteran, Mr Kusaka was appointed as the President for NEC Thailand Ltd and NEC Corporation (Thailand) Ltd from 2001 to 2006.  Prior to his appointment as CEO in NEC Asia Pte Ltd on 6 June 2008, he was the General Manager with the International Solutions Promotion Division at NEC Corporation in Japan.  
He graduated from the Keio University with a Bachelor of Laws.
