You can download the copyright form that is required when you submit your paper from the front page. (EditorialManager)

After you login to the system as "Author.", you may click "Submissions Needing Revision" in the "Author Main Menu", and submit your fullpaper.
If your copy right transfer needs to be revised,please refer to the direction "Copyright Transfer Form Download" in the HOME page and download the copyright tranfer form and upload the revised copyright tranfer form again.

Abstract (should be approximately 300 words.)
