ProMAC2025 invites original manuscripts that are not currently under consideration by any other journal or publication. Submitted articles should focus on topics relevant to project management. Each manuscript will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by at least twq anonymous reviewers. The proceedings of ProMAC2025 will be published with an assigned ISBN. All manuscripts accepted and published in the proceedings will become the exclusive property of the Society of Project Management.

 

Authors submitting manuscripts to ProMAC2025 must ensure that their work is original and does not infringe upon any copyrights, including those related to images, citations, and self-citations. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the article, written in English, is original and has not been previously published or is under consideration elsewhere in any form or language, except as an abstract. prior publication includes, but is not limited to, inclusion in publicly accessible electronic databases.

 

Please note that contributions with any commercial interests will not be accepted for publication in the ProMAC2025 proceedings.

Submission and Review Process

1. 1. Abstract Submission: Submit your abstract via the SPM Online Paper Submission and Peer Review System. The abstrsct must be written in English and should be approximately 300 words. Before submitting your abstract, please review and confirm each item in the Abstract Self-Checklist.
2. 2. Abstract Review Outcome: You will receive an email notification regarding the results of the abstract review. Please check your email to confirm the outcome.
3. 3. Full Paper Submission: Upon acceptance of your abstract, upload the full paper through the SPM Online Paper Submission and Peer Review System. Before submitting your full paper, please review and confirm each item in Full Paper Self Checklist.
4. 4. Full Paper Review Outcome: You will be notified of the full paper review results via email. Please check your email to confirm the outcome. The paper must be written in English and should be between 4 and 15 pages in length.
