Young Crew Japan is part of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), an international federation of leading project management organizations representing 72 countries worldwide.

In recent years, the rapid evolution of AI technology has dramatically transformed how projects are managed and how decisions are made. This event will explore the qualities project managers need in the AI era and share practical experiences in leveraging AI for project management.

We aim to create a space for collective reflection on how, amid waves of technological innovation, project managers can engage with AI and shape their careers. By interacting with peers from overseas who are in the same generation, you’ll gain fresh perspectives and build connections that transcend national and industry boundaries.
