The 35th IPMA World Congress / ProMAC 2026 offers you a platform to share your knowledge, experience, and research with an international audience. Under the theme “PEACE”, we invite practitioners, researchers, and thought leaders from around the world to contribute their insights and help shape a more collaborative future for our world.
This congress is jointly organized as the 35th IPMA World Congress and ProMAC2026, so paper submission and presentation will be conducted jointly for both congresses.
We offer two different submission options:
1. Practice Oriented Papers
Share your experiences, methods, and insights with the international project management community.
What we are looking for:
- • Innovative methods, tools, and techniques for project management
- • Success stories and solutions to current challenges
- • Contributions aligned with the congress theme "PEACE"
Presentation Time:
- • 20 minutes including Q&A (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A discussion)
How to Submit Your Presentation:
- • A mandatory template for Practice Oriented Papers is provided for paper submission.
- Please ensure that you use the official template when preparing your paper.

- • Submissions must be made via the designated conference management system.

- • Procedure from Presentation Application to Paper Submission:
- Create account and submit contribution: Register as a new user and log in.
- Your Submissions: Select “Practitioner Paper” from the available submission types.
- Submission of a Contribution: Enter the required information for the application and upload your paper
- • The paper should be prepared as a Word document by following the instructions given in the template and should contain 2,000 to 3,000 words (excluding the bibliography).
2. Academic Papers
Share your academic research!
What we are looking for:
- • Academic papers on current project management topics
- • Original research, new approaches, and theoretical contributions
- • Research aligned with the congress theme "PEACE"
Presentation Time:
- • 20 minutes including Q&A (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A discussion)

- Please ensure that you use the official template when preparing your paper.

- • Submission Deadline: May 31, 2026 (Extended)
- • Notification of Acceptance: June 12, 2026
- • Final paper submission: June 26, 2026
- • Registration Deadline: July 31, 2026
- Presenters are also required to register for this congress and pay the participation fee via the registration page.
- • Presentation at the World Congress/ProMAC: September 16 - 18, 2026
