The entire conference program will be held at FPT Software's facility in Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park, about 50 km from downtown Hanoi (no train, only taxis are available). The welcome reception on November 29 will also be held at the hotel. The organizers will provide charter buses for participants from the Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi to the conference venue in the morning and evening. Reservations for the Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi can be made through H.I.S.
